Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This dark-skinned male has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: A plain young-adult man, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born to a Mercenary, his father struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: The child of a Unemployed, who enjoyed hunting, Gilbert was taken on many hunting expeditions. His childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Healer soon after.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Healer responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
