History: Norman was born with his mother's beautiful face. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and to be a barber again
