History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his father's many stories. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Raymond was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Raymond's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
