He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Roger wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.
