History: Hunter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. The war was a terrible time for him, and Dean does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Dean was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Baker born in the past three hundred years. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many orcs want him driven away
