A freak accident while working with his Tanner father left him crippled. Chad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a black vest and prefers tan and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hugh is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Roger isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Roger lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Barber, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears skinny pants and wears a violet and blue robe with the hood down, and carries greatswords. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
