History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Description: Standing 5'1", this man wears a green armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. He has shaved his head bald. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.

History: He was born in the north. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He carries with him a set of morningstars on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. He has a very tight haircut. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raymond fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job
