History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'10" when asserting himself. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Shoemaker like his father before him.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
