History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barber for the past few years.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Ruler. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
