Drogo Oakes, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fletcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Adelard Hackney, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Gerald Everly, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears professional attire. His auburn hair is cut short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Gerald was born with his father's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to protect his home

Trey Barton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a fancy tan suit. He has wavy chestnut hair. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed tan hat.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Trey was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
