Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Conrad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now owns his own business.

History: Chad was born the youngest of three triplets. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Priest work with an outfit from a few towns over. Priest work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
