History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. After coming to the age of reason, Dustin took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
