History: Born in the west to a Painter, William learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Trey's homeland. Trey decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He is typically in his Scribe uniform. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Scribe.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears tattered old clothes. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Trey embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kody studied abroad. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
