History: He was born into a rich family. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Knight business at a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He became a Knight soon after.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Anthony is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Anthony was born the youngest of three triplets. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and doesn't want to be a herbalist and was forced into it by his family

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.
