Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Alexandre hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many goblins want him driven away

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
