Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He takes great joy in being the best Stylist in town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stylist.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he is dressed in earthy colors with a yellow and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cory studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a green feathered hat and green clothes. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are gray.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his longbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.
