History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hubert studied abroad. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his scimitar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his feathered tan hat.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He uses divination through singing.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Dustin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Dustin was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. After a long history of fighting, Dustin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. He dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with brown slacks. He has a hunchback. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Manfred grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
