History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Gerald was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Tailor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. After a long history of fighting, Anselm and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gomory was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and someone believes him a fraud
