Description: Runty and weak-looking, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. His hair is long and white with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His first spouse was a Architect, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Architect they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and regain custody of his son

Description: This man stands a little under 5'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tattered old clothes. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: This malnourished man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears a blue costume with the symbols of death on his torso, marred by chocolates. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
