History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and regain custody of his daughter
