Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears green trousers with violet and green striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Charles enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Charles was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and revenge

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Interpreter. Now he works as a painting tutor during his time off.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Frederick hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
