Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is dressed in earthy colors with a white and violet handkerchief worn on his left side. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born in a small plains village. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gifted student he started as a Beggar, but he got bored and became a Sage. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
