Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the south to a Dilettante, William learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has achieved small success as a Dilettante.
