History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Carter soon after.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to reunite with his absent father
