History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Gilbert was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Armorer. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Gifted from a young age, Richard studied abroad. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.
