History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Balimaar was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Gardener. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
