Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
