Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Roland's homeland. Roland decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Engraver. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Geoffrey isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
