History: Born to a Banker, his father struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Banker, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He conceals his bow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lewis embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lewis grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and many dire rats want him driven away

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
