History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Human Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Armorer, and he later adopted a second son.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and sabotage a competitor
