History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by giants. A gifted student he started as a Bather, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a painter and was forced into it by his family
