History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Godfrey was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
