Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is obsessed with his god.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born to a Doctor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
