Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Dyer again; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Richard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He worked as a nervous Roofer and found it very stressful. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Percival speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure
