History: Godfrey was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Jocelyn's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Jocelyn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the west to a Slave Trader, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a Sailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and doesn't want to be a barber and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
