History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Justin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Justin was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Brewer; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a Laborer, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
