History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gunter was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Balimaar's homeland. Balimaar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Balimaar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Adelard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Stylist, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Stylist and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his brother

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: William was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Human Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has achieved small success as a Brewer.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and to reunite with his old friends
