History: Born in the west to a Bounty Hunter, Frederick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Bounty Hunter job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born in the west. Through the years after Rolf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rolf's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
