Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He carries with him a set of axes on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. He wears his black hair up. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mortician. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Alex hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mortician work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mortician work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Mortician soon after.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and expand his business

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a tight fitting red shirt and pants. His hair is red and curly. He has amber eyes.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Manfred is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
Motivation: To protect his home; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is a Painter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Priest. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he wants revenge against brigands

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'7". He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and his gloved hand is found clutching a scythe. His black hair is singed and shortened. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Don was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Don's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
