Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with his Mortician father left him crippled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Description: 6'0" and muscular, this eastern man sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Performer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This malnourished man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is long and white with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
