History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Charles took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
