History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He now owns his own business.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He was born into a rich family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born to a Glassblower, his father struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He became a Armorer soon after.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and retire the richest man in the west

To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He got into the Stylist business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Weaver, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
