Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. He wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Frederick is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Frederick was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He tends to his Assassin job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has wavy blonde hair. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and revenge

Description: He prefers to wear green clothing when he does not wear armor, and he perpetually has his shortbow ready. He wears his white hair down. His eyes are likewise green.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is an amazing painter.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Odo took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Weaver. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and balancing his hectic life and new weaver responsibilities is difficult
