Norman was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Marshal. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
