He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has green eyes.

Personality: Gerard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Gerard has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses like a well dressed Fletcher does. His white hair is long and unkept. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Kyle was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kyle was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has achieved small success as a Fletcher.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a fletcher and was forced into it by his family
