Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times, marred by beers. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Alex and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chad grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Chad has worked very hard to control his curse. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bounty Hunter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Human compassion; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
