History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to pay off his debts

History: Born in the north to a Bowyer, Gunter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bowyer responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His brown hair is heavily combed to the left. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Conrad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Conrad was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
