History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a great chef.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's in love; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Thomas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Justin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Justin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
