Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Hubert reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
