Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Kody was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fletcher. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
